Meet the Adwiz

As a creative director for a major advertising agency, I became frustrated by the way that large companies typically operated when it came to marketing efforts. Not only did they waste resources, but they often had little respect for the knowledge and wisdom of experts, frequently asking for things to be done based on turf wars or committee decisions that would result in poor quality outcomes just because managers were trying to please someone else up the food chain.

After working on a few smaller projects where I could communicate directly with the CEO of the business, I found that this experience was far more satisfying. I turned my full attention to giving smaller companies the same high quality marketing power enjoyed by big corporations. By finding efficiencies in workflow, eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy, and applying innovative approaches in a number of areas, marketing communications excellence can be realized within the budget limitations of typical companies, including startups.

In contrast to inexperienced website designers and graphic designers, my background includes decades of experience building highly successful, proven brand and communication strategies in many industries. Achievements were significant, including:

  • Created a vision and strategic plan that grew one company from $3 million to $33 million in sales in a single year.
  • Helped a national bank grow by $1 billion in assets in just two years.
  • Grew sales for a manufacturer by 600% in nine months.
  • Directed the marketing efforts of an international franchise restaurant chain, improving sales by over 20% in a single year.

As a pioneer in digital marketing, I was featured on national television news for innovative digital marketing approaches that predated the Internet.
